I am a 30+ year veteran of Campbell Oil Company. You may ask, “What made me stay with one company for so long?” The answer is simple: I believe in this company and the family that owns it.
Our culture is well-balanced. We have a family-oriented, fast-paced, and dedicated team that works well together. We are also driven and committed to getting things done. One of our core values is commitment, which means we have a passion for exceeding expectations.
Campbell Oil Company is growing by leaps and bounds, and with growth comes opportunity in other departments. In my own career, I advanced from a Minuteman receptionist to my current role as Sr. Bulk Plant Manager. I work hard, and my crew works hard alongside me. I also enjoy teaching newcomers what it takes to be a Campbell Oil Company employee.
Beyond supporting our people, Campbell Oil Company also invests in the community. We proudly support Bladen We Care and sponsor several college scholarships throughout North Carolina. This is a wonderful company to grow with — and one I am proud to retire with long-term.

I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the Minuteman Foodmart family for the past nine years. My journey began as a Store Manager of a single location, eventually growing to oversee two stores. From there, I moved into the role of District Manager, and today I proudly serve as the Operations Leader of our Convenience Store Division.
What truly sets Minuteman Foodmart apart is that it’s a family-owned business where you’re never just a number.
